The Bria Janelle Foundation empowers youth through Her Shot Golf — a free leadership and youth development program using golf to build confidence, discipline, sisterhood, and long-term opportunity.
Education is the foundation of everything we do. Our participants ages 11-18 maintain strong academic performance while developing leadership skills through the game of golf.
No-cost access removes financial barriers so girls can participate, grow, and thrive.

The Bria Janelle Foundation is the engine behind our work — committed to developing confident, capable young women through education, leadership development, and exposure to career pathways.
Her Shot Golf is our flagship program and the primary way we bring that mission to life.
Through the game of golf, we provide girls with structured opportunities to build discipline, confidence, and leadership skills while gaining real-world exposure to college and career pathways. Our program is designed as a to-and-through model, meaning we don’t just introduce girls to the game — we walk with them as they grow, develop, and prepare for life beyond the golf course.
