Michelle Townsend is a results oriented professional with experience in project management, marketing, and sales coordination.  As a travel business owner, she is a motivated self-starter with a commitment to offering stellar client satisfaction.  She has the ability to manage and motivate employees to achieve maximum potential and has excellent interpersonal and listening skills.  

She has an exceptional ability to work independently, and as a team player who can contribute to an inclusive environment.  Her strengths include problem identification and resolution, multitask management, and a proven ability to sell through objections.

Michelle is passionate about mentoring our youth. In 2015, she started a mentorship program for 4th and 5th grade students at a neighboring Elementary School. In 2023, her mentoring program was acknowledged by the United States Pentagon for its impact on the lives of the mentees.

On April 14, 2023, the Pentagon flew a flag in honor of the outstanding mentorship provided by Michelle and the team. In addition, they were bestowed with the Pentagon Challenge Coin which reflects values like commitment, duty, integrity, ethics, and loyalty.

Michelle has also served as a mentor at the Dekalb County Children's Emergency Shelter. She believes strongly in the adage, "it takes a village to raise a child.”
